The company was launched in 2009 with the aim of making lingerie shopping a great experience by offering some great fitting advice, top brands such as Fantasie, Freya and Panache whilst adding a little luxury to your lingerie purchase.

 

From experience, not only is it difficult to find pretty, sexy lingerie for larger cups sizes on the high street it’s also rare to find good fitting advice and get great service. The Little Lingerie Company is passionate about offering the best all round service and advice for ladies with a larger bust .“Indulgence, luxury and perfectly fitting lingerie”.

 

The Little Lingerie website is provided to you for your own personal use. Any contract for sale of goods between The Little Lingerie Company and yourself will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with English Law.

Our website design, text, graphics and images are owned by The Little Lingerie Company and reproduction of any of these without our prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

The Little Lingerie Company is committed to protecting your privacy and security. We will ensure that any information we obtain and use will always be held, used and transferred in compliance with all applicable data protection rules.

We will not pass on your details to anyone else for marketing purposes.

We do collate statistics about site traffic, sales and other commercial information for our own use and to assist us in improving the service we provide to you.

Delivery of goods will be made within 3-5 working days from receipt of order as far as possible. The charge for postage and delivery is £3.95. Items will be despatched as soon as possible and all efforts will be made to ensure you receive your order in excellent condition.

 

All items will be gift wrapped by the Little Lingerie Company for you. We want to make every part of your shopping experience extra special.

 

Making a Payment
Purchasing with The Little Lingerie Company is both easy and safe, we use SagePay & Cardnet secure payment facilities. 
   

 

Our Contract
When you place an order to purchase a product from The Little Lingerie Company, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. 

Returns
The Little Lingerie Company offers it's customers a 28 day satisfaction guarantee which allows you to exchange your items to the same value or obtain a refund.Items may be returned.This applies to items returned in a resalable condition. Labels must be intact, garments must not have been worn and packaging must be included and intact. Only in these circumstances will a refund be issued.

Faulty goods may be returned subject to the company’s discretion of the term “faulty”. In the case of faulty goods a full refund will be given.

Refunds can only be processed using the card details for the original order.

Pricing and availability
We list availability and pricing information for products sold by us on the website. We cannot be more specific about availability. As we process your order, we will inform you by email if any products you order turn out to be unavailable or delayed.

Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
